printafix

AprintaPro - the best solutions for 3D printing. Somit gehört Warping der Vergangenheit an.   1 – Preparation Remove the printbed from the printer. The printbed should be at room temperature and without damage. Remove all dust and residue from previous prints from the printbed. Place it on a table and shake the PrintaFix bottle well for 5 seconds. 2 – Application Hold the PrintaFix bottle 10cm (4″) away from the printbed. Use enough spray strokes to cover the entire printbed with a thin film of the solution. Overlap spray strokes to prevent uncovered areas that could affect the adhesion. Let it dry for 30 seconds. 3 – Print Put the printbed back into the 3D printer and level it. Start the print process with  our recommended settings. We have tested our product with many materials and settings. Below we provide a list of the settings that achieve the best results with PrintaFix Basic. As we constantly try new materials and 3D printer we will soon update this list to help you choose the perfect temperature for your 3D printer and filament you like to use. 4 – Clean up and Finish When your print has finished remove it carefully with a spatula. Clean up of PrintaFix can be done with warm water or an alcoholic solution. Most window cleaner will work – please check if they contain ethanol.

Verursacht schwere Augenreizung. SpoolWorks - Edge - 1,75mm oder 3mm 750g

Durchschnittliche Bewertung von 5 von 5 Sternen

SpoolWorks - Edge - 1,75mm oder 3mm 750g
Durchmesser Filament: 1,75mm Farbe Edge: British Racing - Green46

Edge is our new PETG based material -  In summary, it combines the toughness and resilience of ABS, with ease of use that comes close to PLA, and adds a whole bunch of really superior processing properties that make printing the stuff a real dream.   If you want to read in depth about what makes Edge such a promising material take a look at our detailed blog post.   Strength and Toughness Edge is a PET material that has been heavily modified to provide exceptionally tough and resilient prints. Despite being nearly as easy to print as PLA Edge has higher impact strength than most ABS materials even, but with better stiffness than ABS. A key factor in the strength of parts printed in Edge is the exceptional layer bonding. Even with a very strong plastic, parts can be weak if the layers do not adhere well. The Polyester based formulation of Edge means that it has incredible adhesion at an intermolecular level and forms parts that are almost as strong between the layers as they are along the layers.   Ease of Printing Edge has a few crucial features that make it exceptionally easy and pleasant to print. Exceptionally low contraction, less than half of ABS, makes warp nearly non-existant Adhesion modified to stick very effectively to bed surfaces. Just a little gluestick will hold down any part. Carefully managed viscosity and melt strength, results in accurate overhangs and tight bridges. Moderate processing temperatures, 80C Bed, 240C Nozzle. No unpleasant odours. Excellent adhesion to our Scaffold support material. Compared to other PETG materials out there we’ve worked hard to tackle the pain points of parts coming loose from the bed, and prints that can be slumpy or have uneven top solid layers.   Incredible Colours Because the base-resin for Edge is clear, this gives us a fantastic blank canvas upon which to create a nearly unrestricted range of vibrant colours. Edge is inherently a very glossy shiny material, and really shows details well.   EDGE product images are all demonstrated with the awesome Spiral Chess Set by BigBadBison

spoolWorks Scaffold Filament - 1.75mm - 500g
spoolWorks Scaffold Filament - 1.75mm - 500g

Scaffold is a water-soluble and break-away support filament that actually works. Scaffold offers total design freedom, helping you to create complex geometries and complete functioning mechanisms in a single print (with no worries about overhangs!). Part of E3D’s spoolWorks range, Scaffold works best with our Edge and PLA filaments. For a complete overview of Scaffold and what makes it so special, please see our blog. Features • Can be broken away or dissolved from prints in normal tap water • PVA/PVOH-based but easy to print with low viscosity • Exhaustively tested for exceptional quality • Lower heat degradation and easily purged from nozzles • Designed for perfect compatibility with spoolWorks Edge • Shipped in a re-sealable bag with desiccant for exceptional dryness Advised print settings: • PRINT TEMP: 215°C • BED TEMP: From 20°C to 55C ideally, but will cope with bed temperatures as high as 110°C • Print Speed: ~50mm/s Cautionary notes and advice. • You will need to create specific slicer settings to make the best of Scaffold. • You will need to create specific slicer settings to make the best of Scaffold. • Scaffold needs to be kept dry, use the supplied resealable bag, or even better use this specially designed in-bag spool holder. • Scaffold will degrade if kept for extended periods in a hot nozzle. Do not allow Scaffold to rest in the nozzle at temperature or you risk clogging and damaging the nozzle. • Please read the documentation in order to use Scaffold at it's full potential Note: All 3D printers are unique so adjust settings to taste!
