Bondtech upgrade kit for Makerbot Replicator 2X dual nozzle.

This kit provides a high-performance material feeding system with the ability to print faster with improved quality. The adjustable thumbscrew allows you to fine-tune the force acting on the filament.

The housing parts are professionally SLS printed in polyamide for maximum strength and precision.

 

This extruder upgrade kit for the Makerbot Replicator 2X dual nozzle printer will replace the original feeders and coldblock.

It allows for a more reliable printing with all sorts of filaments, both stiff and flexibles and the DualDrive system ensures that the extruder never looses grip of the filament so grinding and slipping is a thing of the past.

The original motors are used and the PTFE feedtube is held securly in place with an industrial 6 mm Push-fit connector for reliability.

Installs in about one hour with standard tools available.

This block has an 6.00 mm hold through the coldblock for the factory default heatbreak. Please verify that your heatbreak fits before placing your order.

It is possible to adjust the nozzle height without removing the motors by loosening the setscrew from the right and left side of the coldblock.
