Revo High-Temperature Block with Fixings
This plated copper HeaterBlock allows you to reach up to 500°C with your Revo system (providing you use a PT100 or PT1000), unlocking the possibilities of printing high-temperature filaments such as Ultem and PEEK.
Kit includes:
2 x M3 x 3 grub screw
2 x M2 x 6 socket head screw
1 x HT Block
Revo HT-Abrasive Nozzles
HT-Abrasive nozzles are high-temperature, abrasion-resistant nozzles. Much like ObXidian, HT-Abrasive nozzles have a hardened steel tip, copper carrier and copper spreader segment to optimise the transmission of heat to the heatsink. The nozzle is then coated with Chromium Nitride to provide abrasive resistance up to 500°C.
Frustration-free. Each Revo Nozzle is a preassembled nozzle and HeatBreak in one unit, so there’s no hazardous hot tightening and no chance of incorrect assembly. Say goodbye to frustrating HotEnd leaks and enjoy reliable 3D printing!
Rapid identification. HT-Abrasive nozzles are grey in colour and have their sizes engraved into them with easy-to-read numbers, so there are no confusing identification markers to learn!
Please note:
- Whilst HT-Abrasive nozzles can be used with 40W & 60W HeaterCores, they will be temperature limited to 300°C. To print up to 500°C, we advise that you upgrade to one of our Revo High Temperature Hotside kits.
Kit includes:
1 x 0.25mm or 0.4mm or 0.6mm or 0.8mm HT-Abrasive Nozzle
Revo High Temperature Hotsides Description
HTX Hotside kits allow Revo users to upgrade their set-ups to enable reliable printing at higher temperatures with materials such as PEEK or PEI.
High temperature, abrasive resistance Nozzles. Much like ObXidian, HT-Abrasive nozzles have a hardened steel tip and copper spreader segment to optimise the transmission of heat to the heatsink. This assembly is then coated with Chromium Nitride to provide abrasive resistance up to 500°C.
Fully customisable. Configure your ideal high temperature HotEnd. Choose between a PT100 or PT1000, as well as either a high precision heater cartridge (up to 400C) or high temperature heater cartridge (up to 500C).
Rapid identification. HT-Abrasive nozzles are grey in colour and have their sizes engraved into them with easy-to-read numbers, so there are no confusing identification markers to learn!
Please note:
- Revo™ Nozzles are not compatible with V6-style heaterblocks
- If your printer is not already using PT100 sensing then an amplifier board will be required to use the PT100 hotside variant.
- You may need to adjust your Z offset when changing nozzles.
- We do not recommend the use of abrasive materials with 0.25mm nozzles. The particle sizes, especially with fibres, can often be larger than 0.25mm, significantly increasing the risk of clogging the nozzle.

Revo High-Temperature Heater Cartridge
Pair this heater with your Revo High-Temperature HeaterBlock to enabling printing up to 500°C.
High-temperature heater cartridges
Ideal for high-temperature Thermoplastics such as PEEK or PEI. These cartridges have been designed for longevity at elevated temperatures whilst reducing heat up time. While most standard 3D printer heater cartridges will reach high temperatures, they tend to fail after short service lives. If you are printing high-temperature materials, and need consistent reliable service without downtime for heater failure this is the heater you need.
Please note:
These heaters are more than capable of reaching temperatures that will soften the aluminum block shipped as standard with our heaters. These must only be used with a copper block and we recommend only using them with our Revo HT-Abrasive nozzles.

FAQs:
Why do you need to wear gloves when handling?
We recommend the use of gloves when handling high temperature nozzles and blocks as the oils from your hands off gas at high temperatures resulting in an odour and increased probability for accelerated corrosion of component parts.
Why doesn’t the high-temperature Hotside have a HeaterCore like the standard Revo?
From our extensive research and development (including 1000+ hours at temperature), we found that using a traditional block and cartridge setup, whilst maintaining the ease of use of the Revo nozzles, provided the most reliable, robust solution for extremes of temperature.
Why do the Revo high-temperature products not have silicone socks?
High temperature-rated silicone socks will be available later in 2023.
